High Impact frame pulse rifles need a nerf
Literally out do everything past sub range and the AA boosting perks are non essential as NTTE and red death absolutely maul everything else anyway. Their permanent true meta top spot when it comes to TTK perpetually leaves any non small map in a long, slow, boring, team shot meta.

I have more kills on one messenger roll than most people have primary kills in PvP, I know high impact pulse rifle strong and weak points well enough and there is a reason many call NTTE and Elsie's the outright best weapon in the game.
