Can't cross save
I'm trying to bring my guardians from Xbox to Playstation but I authenticated them but I can't click the continue button to go to step 2 because I can't authentic my steam account I no longer have the info to unlink it what do I do?

If Cross Save isn't active and Steam support can't restore access to the account then only alternative is to move all other accounts to a different Bungie profile.
