Secant filiaments was buffed in the final shape update. In the process, the duration granted was substantially reduced. Old: grants 15 seconds base, 22 seconds with excho of persistence New: grants 10 seconds regardless with the above maximum durations when extended by kills This is annoying for PvP where I used to use this exotic for kill chaining. I would hope for this to make it into the known issues so I (and others who use the exotic) can have some more fun with this exotic when it is fixed.
