what is expected response time on a support ticket?

I submitted a support ticket two months ago now and then another one a couple days ago with no response. Is there an expected response time or like any expected response whatsoever? On BBB they are notorious for not getting back.

If it's for a ban you aren't guaranteed a response, and if it is still in place after 2 months Bungie likely upheld the ban. The BBB is a scam.
