Hej hej, I was like ok, why not write a forum post about this. I am aware that the D2 Discord Server is not by Bungie and they have no association with each other. Yet, since they create the D2 Discord Community and look like the official server, in the name of the precious game, I would like to pinpoint to this issue. Idk, is it because Discord people are like this in general? I have no intellectual interest in social media or most of these platforms. Are these kids so much on social media and lost everywhere to become like this? I personally don´t care whether you are blue, pink, purple or you believe you are an elephant or a bird... We are all together in this world and should respect each other. However, how is it? I made an example of a guy who just attacked a newby I helped out through a dungeon, which I regularly do once in a while. And this experience is regular in similar context. So I said, dont be like this guy, just help someone new. We all were at our beginning. And if you dont like to, just leave, make space for those who like to do and dont attack others. So I got my first strike for this because you could see the name of the guy attacking. I am in this Discord server for, I think 2 years? Apparently its a very bad thing to say this very hateful comment of mine isn´t it? Apparently people gonna die because of it now! It´s fairly common LFG experience if you are 2017 strenght, you take in someone with 1940-50 and someone else joins thinking you gonna speedrun it all. Cause he only sees your score, while ignoring "Chill - Fresh Clear - No Experience necessary" Then, I see one of these kids with some trans flag and stuff in the same discord channel, ranting about a guy he baited with back and forth like a small teenager and posted ingame IDs. Was already going for half an hour the moment I saw it and I was like, yeah why I get warned for saying be nice and help each other in one post of maybe four short sentences... but this can keep ongoing? Sure you can think how "respectfully" I got responded. So I said, learn respect or what is this? You cant warn the one but allow a much worse other? Or is it because these trans kids get the privilege to attack people because its about their trans stuff. So you let them do so? O why does the other kid gets to keep posting other ingame names for obvious malignant reasons? Had no motivation to participate further in such a childish discussion and left. But then, the next day, I went online to find my account being permanently banned from their Discord. Apparently because I am seriously afraid to death by -blam!-. Or one of these buzzwords these activists are using, because I am "-blam!-". Like, have these ever actually read a book in their life, or a book they got in school? To know the meaning of the words they are using? Or what is this nonsense? I know people just keep using some words for idk whatever reason. We are here to play a game, have fun and turn off this crap from media, politics and whatever. I mean we used to play games for this reason! You a good guy? Nice, whatever. Lets have fun! But today? Activism everywhere and people wonder why our society is degenerating and online-gaming communities are becoming a toxic playground. . I have nothing against stories like Saint and Osiris... I was a bit shocked... to be honest with you. Osiris was my fav character and I was like, why? I mean, was it really necessary to end Destiny 2 campaign with it? Or you run out of content for Act 1 and 2? Yeah I get it, there is no romance in the game between characters, no man and woman. Funny to have Failsafe now doing her comments (for real). But the gay story does not seem like an actual lore that built up over time.. But hej, if you like so..... Way to become part of something to not, maybe one day, get randomly attacked and cancelled by insecure kids, for not participating in their dysphorias, represented and boosted through mainstream insterests, corrupted politicians and lobbies... One of my best friends is trans. But, he is like everyone of us. He needs no admiration from strangers on the internet to pretend he is more special than somebody else. He and any other gay and trans person I know, is against any sort of weird activism, that is strongly promoting having -blam!-, and not actual belief. Yes, I have witnessed a Pride Parade for maybe 30 minutes. Never ever again. Men running around with their wieners hanging out or totally naked with some paint and stuff and noone says nothing cause he is gay and can be who he wants, while being a public circus where children try to join too? This is crazy. To promote any stuff like this indirectly, with promoting activism, is wrong. And this is my feedback to you. If you are as well close to your 40s, then you saw what the gaming community used to be!
