I'm going to write it out, I couldn't get the link to work, but I think I fixed it.
This kit is one of the most devastating kits I've ever made, and you don't run surges.
There's no healing, but you don't need it.
This version is Episode Echoes reliant because of the artifact mods.
Prismatic Titan. HAZARDOUS PROPULSION. Thundercrash is the super... the reason, it's still a decent burst PvE super, but for synergy. I want everything and to get that the Arc super is required so we can use Galvanic armor getting a flat 30% DR + the benefits of being Amplified. The Jolt AoE when performing finishers.
HAZARDOUS PROPULSION - Danger Close:
Weapon precision hits or final blows have a chance to load a Kinetic Exodus rocket. Activating your class ability fires loaded Exodus rockets. Damaging targets with Exodus rockets temporarily increases the damage you deal with all other rockets.
Scoring a Precision Kill, 4 Weapon Kills, or scoring multiple Precision Hits grants a Stack of 'Exodus Rockets'. Maximum of 6 Stacks.
Class Ability Usage consumes all Stacks, launching a homing rocket in exchange for each one. Rockets deal up to 600 [PVP: 28] Kinetic Damage.
Hits with each rocket grant a Stack of 'Enhanced Rockets' for 10 seconds, increasing "rocket-type" damage ( Empowering Buff ).
Damage increase at 1|2|…|6 Stacks:
10% | 17% | 24% | 30% | 33% | 35%
Rocket-type damage includes: Rocket Launchers, Wolfpack Rounds (both Sword and Rocket versions), Rocket-Assisted Sidearms, Nanotech Tracer Rockets, Grand Overture's Missile Volley, Quicksilver Storm's Tracer Rocket's impact damage
'Exodus Rockets' Stack acquisition progress on Precision Hits by weapon type:
• Trace Rifles: 10%
• Auto Rifles and Machine Gun: 15%
• Pulse Rifles, Sidearms, and Crimson: 20%
• Hand Cannons, Scout Rifles, and Shotguns: 40%
• Bows, Linear Fusion Rifles, Rocket Sidearms, and Sniper Rifles: 67%
Stack acquisition progress doesn't reset upon gaining a Stack, all progress is kept until reaching 600% (max Stacks).

Thruster... you could switch this out for either barricade, but I love the mobility of Thruster + its low cooldown.
Frenzied Blade - triple melee, I know it has the slowest cooldown, it doesn't matter you'll have unlimited melee, unlimited Consecration, unlimited radiant.
Suppressor Grenade - best nade in the game.
Drengr's Lash - this is probably the weakest element of the kit, ideally you wait to use you class ability until your rockets are charged. But it allows you to play extremely aggressive.
Consecration - Absolutely broken with this kit synergizes with Facet of Ruin & Solar Fulmination. Here's what it will feel like... each melee is a mini super, and you always have 3.
Fragments:
Facet of Protection - While surrounded by combatants, you are more resistant to incoming damage. While transcendent, the effect is increased
*Facet of Defiance - Finishers create a detonation that either jolts, scorches, slows, severs, or makes targets volatile based on the damage type of your equipped Super (Note: for GM difficultly, you will want to switch this out)
[*Alternative (below) for Defiance if you want healing, and/or for the most difficult content, you won't be able to spam finishers in a way that makes Defiance viable, but we're only really talking GMs*].
*Facet of Blessing - Melee final blows start health regeneration. While transcendent, melee final blows start health regeneration for you and nearby allies.
Facet of Dawn - Powered melee hits against targets makes you radiant. Powered melee final blows make you and nearby allies radiant.
Facet of Balance - Rapidly defeating targets with Light damage grants melee energy. Rapidly defeating targets with Darkness damage grants grenade energy.
Facet of Purpose - Picking up an Orb of Power grants either Amplified, Restoration, Frost Armor, Woven Mail, or Overshield based on the damage type of your equipped Super.
Facet of Ruin - Increases the size and damage of the burst when you shatter a Stasis crystal or frozen target, and increases the area of effect of Solar ignitions.
Artifact:
Logic Reducer- Weapons with the Radiolaria Transposer origin perk deal increased damage to Vex. Extends the duration of the radiolaria pools created by Radiolaria Transposer.
Overcharged Armory - Weapons with the Dealer's Choice, Radiolaria Transposer, Collective Purpose, and Sundering Origin traits are always Overcharged weapons for you when that modifier is active.
Winning Hand - While using weapons with the Dealer's Choice origin trait, combatant precision final blows or rapidly defeating combatants cause the target to explode, dealing Solar damage to nearby combatants (Giving The Call a solar AoE detonation + Vorpal).
Press the Advantage - Breaking a combatant's shield grants increased weapon stability, handling, and reload speed. Swords gain increased guard resistance (This makes your Rocket Sidearms + Amplify feel like they're different weapons entirely... it's like Dragon's Shadow on Titan minus the reload).
Radiant Orbs - While you have a Solar or Prismatic subclass equipped, picking up an Orb of Power makes you radiant (So, Facet of Dawn melees and orbs keep you radiant at all times... this + the exotic's dmg buff max 35% = an almost perpetual 45% dmg buff for all your weapons + 5% when Transcendant = 50%... this stacks with Ignition boons, Vorpal, and any other dmg buffs because this is a prismatic kit. This is why you don't need armor surge mods - there's better choices).
Galvanic Armor - While you have an Arc or Prismatic subclass equipped, incoming damage from combatants is reduced while amplified (This is a 30% flat DR that stacks Facet of Protection using Facet of Purpose to proc Amplify, this 30% protects your head, you gain the additional benefits of Amplify & it enhances the synergy of your finisher; this is why Thundercrash is the super, the tradeoff of a mid-super, those benefits far exceed the deficit).
Solar Fulmination - Your ignitions do increased damage in an increased radius (This + Facet of Ruin turns Consecration into a Super on your melee cooldown, it OHKs the mini-boss Servitors during the Boss fight of the new battleground at delta. And you get 3, and you will have virtually unlimited melees with Facet of Balance - your Solar Rockets are what you use to regen your mini-supers... any light dmg can, just so you see the cadence).
Shieldcrush - While you have Woven Mail, Frost Armor, or a Void Overshield, your melee recharges faster and deals increased damage. While you are amplified or radiant, your grenade recharges faster and deals increased damage (So unlimited Suppressor nades with this and Facet of Balance that do extra dmg, will bring mobs down to finisher level for ammo and Facet of Defiance to make orbs with Heavy Handed when the AoE jolts and kills).
Transference - Gain increased grenade and melee damage while transcendent. Weapon final blows while transcendent refund Light and Dark energy after Transcendence ends (So, you can use Trancendence to buff Thundercrash, spam your x3 Consecration mini-supers after or regen/refund your prismatic energy using your weapons for fantastic Transcendent uptime - adapting based on the optimal tactics per the activity/situation).
Weapons: enumerated respective priority...
3. First Slot - The Call (Lead from Gold, Vorpal) or Mountaintop (Lead from Gold, Frenzy); Round Robin (Envious Assassin, Harmony or Puglist); Volta Bracket (Many options, Envious or Shoot to Loot... Cascade Point, Firing Line, or Explosive Payload). Note: All but MT are craft'able... ALL are enhance'able.
1. Energy Slot - Aberrant Action (Strategist, Incandesant)
2. Heavy - Dragon's Breath ... or Gally
Note: If you needed a swap for champion affinities. You would use your kinetic slot. Using Nanotracer 1st slot weapons if possible. Round Robin for Overload HC, Volta Bracket for Anti-barrier Sniper - both synergize with the boon from the exotic. That covers every affinity potential.

Upon scoring a set percentage of the Magazine Capacity as hits within ? seconds of each:
Fires a Tracking Rocket that matches Weapon's Elemental Damage Type.
Rockets deal 22.4 [PVP: 14] impact and 24 [PVP: 15] explosive damage on hit and inherit the weapon's Combatant Damage Scaling. On non-primary weapons, the rockets receive an additional damage increase.
% of Magazine Capacity as hits required and the Additional Damage Increase by weapon archetype:
• Hand Cannons, Pulse Rifles, Submachine Guns: 45% Magazine Capacity \\ 0% increased damage (Baseline)
• Sniper Rifles: 50%? \\ 100%
• Grenade Launchers: 30% \\ 25%
• Machine Guns: 25% \\ 50%
• Fusion Rifles, Shotguns: ?% \\ 150%
Further hits do not provide activation progress for 1 second after activation.
Yes, this is a dbl special kit. It goes HARD.
Armor mods:
Class - Reaper, Powerful Attraction, Special Finisher
Boots - Stacks on Stacks, Solar Loader x1, Strand Loader x1
Chest - Charged Up (The 4 slot creates an infinite loop with Stacks on Stacks for Special finisher). It increases the potency and duration of Emergency reinforcement. Then a 2 energy DR affinity mod.
Gloves - Triple Heavy Handed, every melee is making orbs
Helmet - Solar Siphon, Strand Siphon, Heavy Ammo Finder.

[:UPDATE:] Okay, so I'm updating this kit... the more I use it, the more I'm learning. I switched from Drengr's to Unbreakable... same amount of slots, more utility and benefits but it still needs a buff. I'm off of Defiance or Blessing in the fragment list, and moved to the Sever Crit one. I'm off of double special... 2 RSs... I was just too excited "ROCKETS" 🤪... it's still fun, but it's not very practical. So I switched to Outbreak, this IS why I needed my Hunter brain ... That Sever Fragment is so good with that gun... the exodus rockets charge so much faster, than ROCKET everything. Then, I am tactically using my Exodus Rockets... so Strategist on Abby was overkill, I swapped back to Heal Clip... Then the craftable Stasis Caster with Attrition and Cold Steel. I dropped ER, that's my biggest gaff... It sucks don't use it, I don't know what I was thinking. Added a Kinetic Surge.

10 RepliesEdited by jhermannITJ: 7/21/2024 5:48:22 PMI ran out of space, lol. This is a S-Tier Prismatic Titan kit that can do everything, focused DPS... add clear and CC, and it's so much fun. You are Tanky with Emergency reinforcement + all the stacking DR. You never really have to reload your weapons... A minimum 45% buff to all your weapons almost at all times if you manage your buffs properly. That's 3 stacks, regularly a 60% dmg buff to all your weapons at max stacks 35% + Radiant's 25%. You choose when you need ammo with special finisher, letting Emergency Reinforcement keep you safe. Mercy is an applicable mechanic that is very generous to Rocket Sidearms, so when using Dbl special... 2 Rocket Sidearms... Sniper RS... MT RS... you'll never be hurting for ammo. And there's the more nuanced synergy benefits... Aberrant intrinsicly will do more dmg to Vex and Radolaria pools are improved w Logic Reducer. Overcharged armory will provide an extra dmg buff when the Overcharged weapon modifier is present. If you had a teammate with a Wolfpack Sword, you could run an exotic (any) Sword to get those benefits buffed by your Chest Exotic. A teammate could run Gally, buffing your Dragon's Breath. And then there is Grand Overture... which makes this kit one of the best focused DPS, burst DPS outputs in the game. And there might be a swap dps rotation with Actium War Rig... I think there is, but I literally just got what I needed to get the split I wanted for Hazardous Propulsion, so I haven't been able to test it. Many DPS buffs stack on Prismatic... so if your team debuffs, or buffs you... a lot of it will stack. Divinity... Tether, Weaken... I'm not sure about Weapons of Light. Here is a Titan prismatic kit that competes amongst the strongest kits in the game... including Still Hunt and Grapple Melee kits. My gift to ya'll 😇 👍💠. I'm a hunter main too. This is probably the BEST Titan kit in the game. The stats I have with all the above listed: 33 Mobility 90 Resilience 70 Recovery 80 Disipline 31 Intellect 70 Strength Base DR of 57% not including ER or other Chest mods, not including the Facet of Protection 15% or the DR when Transcendence is active 20%. That's 94% DR when Transcendent with at least 3 enemies within 15 meters. Add 10% from Emergency Reinforcement when critical for 6-9 secs. + the Armor resist mod to offset affinity threat modifiers mitigating it by 15% or adding a stacking DR to the rest of your resistances. Extremely resilient is THIS kit. Fantastic Total DPS as well, these metrics will only be improved once the testing is done. Conservatively... 900k to 1 million burst DPS from some rough math I did with the swap rotation between the 2 chest pieces with a pre-stacked Overture to begin the rotation. Only Still Hunt Nighthawk beats it.
