I bought Final Shape + Annual Pass from Epic Store. But Season Pass is not active in my account.
I bought Final Shape + Annual Pass from Epic Store. I linked the Steam account and Epic Games account with Cross Save. My main account is on Steam. But I made a mistake. I started the game with Epic Games without completing the Cross Save. And I created a character. I think the Season Pass was transferred to Epic Games account. Because DLCs are visible in my account that I linked with Cross Save, but the Season Pass is deactivated. Can we solve this problem without starting the game again with Epic Games?
