Repeating Coop Missions for Guardian Rank
I've already earned Microcosm. Why do I need to repeat the Coop Missions to earn guardian rank? Many other items are recognized as being done. Why not this? Why am I being penalized for the order I choose to do things when the order isn't clear in Destiny 2?

1 ReplyI feel the same about the seasonal pursuit weapon. Like, I've already earned it through Vanguard Rep, why can't the gun be replaced with the ornament at the other vendors so I do not have to go through Gambit for nearly 2 full Rank sets?

1 ReplyI'm using this as my jumping off point from getting Guardian Ranks. like 4 seasons in a row i've gotten to 11 but i'm not doing those 3 coop missions again just to simply get to the next step of guardian rank when i already did them. Hell no. If Bungie wonders why a significant amount of people arent renewing their Guardian Rank anymore, they should know now. You wouldn't expect players to have to redo a master raid or solo dungeon for guardian rank, so why are you expecting them to have to redo 3 coop missions which for a lot of people who use fireteam finder, took a decent amount of effort to do. Just don't waste our time I don't see why it's so difficult

Yeah, I made a post about this a few weeks ago. Total BS. It should be one of those retroactive achievements and be auto completed when available.

8 RepliesThis is where I stop with ranks, if I did something it's asking an it's not retroactive I'm not doing it again, I've been at the same rank cause I'm not trying to do any campaign on legend again or any raid on master again.

Because that how the developers set it up. I'm not sure how you think you are penalized, that makes absolutely no sense.

Just people did it lower like you did and I did.

Feel you. I think you can just do dissent 3 times to complete it though. It’s the easiest and shortest of the three missions.

I’m beginning to think bungie did that to ensure other players have someone to join to do it. :/
