Eddy Current not working while amplfied.
Hey Bungie
Recently decided to enhance Corrasion.
Decided to enhance voltshot but was still undecided on eddy current or high impact.
So rather than waste alloy on eddy current/high impact I put standard perk on to test.
Eddy current worked well.
According to the description Eddy current activates after sprinting or when amplified.
So after enhancing went to test only to find the enhanced version of eddy current was crap.
I noticed it works after sprinting however it doesn't work while amplified. This is annoying as I have wasted an alloy for a crap result.
Fix it please.
To test this I crafted a second one without any upgrades apart from levels. Sure enough the normal perk works while amplified unlike the expensive upgrade.
Maybe you should have just left the double eddy perks or maybe you screwed it up making changes.

I don’t think it’s limited to enhanced eddy current. I think there’s an issue with some enhanced perks on the weapons that allow you to enhance them the newer way. Discord on my Riiswaker lasted 7 seconds. I enhanced it and it dropped to 6 instead of jumping to 8. There’s clearly bugs in the new enhancement system.

Okay it wasn’t just me. Yeah maybe they should have focused on actual issues rather than double eddy current bug. It wasn’t even broken.

I also encountered the same issue on both the nation of beasts and the oversoul edict. Though they both have enhanced perks so it does seem to be the enhanced one that is not working correctly.
