Can't launch campaign mission
Campaign mission "Destined Heroes" can't be launched (either from menu or pale heart) as per linked screenshot. It's been like this for last 3 days and i've been waiting for weekly reset in hope it gets fixed.
Any idea how can I get in touch with someone from bungie to assist me on this?
The game is unplayable at the moment for me as i can't progress in main DLC content.

That step does not have a dedicated launch button or area, it is a multi-stage sidequest (Exotic Quest) not a single mission in its own right. You should have a quest in your log called 'Destined Heroes', and this will either be asking you to play a mission called Queens I, or a mission called Lost in the Light. Could you locate this quest in your log?

I actually can't believe that was so simple, there's indeed Destined Heroes quest in my quest log. Thank you both for clarifying this out for me.

It's a separate quest with its own requirements. Not every quest step has a specific mission to launch.
