"Flawless Zero Hour" triumph bugged
I just did Zero Hour solo without dying and got the triumph for it. However, I did not get the regular flawless triumph, which requires you to do the mission without dying with or without a fireteam.

Can confirm it's bugged, my buddy had the same issue after solo flawlessing last week. He got the solo flawless triumph but not the standard flawless triumph.
