Destiny 2 and RTSS framecap
Is it possible to use RTSS now to simply limit the frame rate in the game? I have an AMD video card and there is no normal frame limiter, Chill works strangely, and FRTS gives a strong input lag. Just wondering if I'll be banned for simply limiting my frames?

I feel your pain. Unfortunately there is no good option that's allowed.
