Precious Scars Broken on Solar Titan
So Precious Scars is again broken on the Solar Sub-class, as it procs solely off of Kinetic damage. I only tried it in the Vanguard Playlist tonight and purely with the Solar sub-class (not with prismatic), but will continue testing to see if it's a localized issue.
EDIT: Precious Scars with Prismatic and a Solar Super equipped works fine with Solar weapon kills.

Bungie already confirmed it's an issue near the start of the season accidentally added in a twab they fixed it but they didn't and mentioned this was an accident.
