NES003 Research Quest Bugged and Not Completable
Hello,
There is currently no way for me to accept the NES003 research quest from Failsafe and I am locked out of the questline, unlocks, and associated triumphs. I have completed the Act 1 quest, and it is sitting at 25/25 with "Ikora will contact you when Act II begins". I have completed NES001 and 002 research quests and have claimed the associated triumphs for them.
Failsafe has no quest, no new dialogue. I have listened to all the transmissions in the HELM. I have completed Breach Executable on Normal and Expert. I have completed Enigma Protocol multiple times. I was looking up the bug to see if others have experienced it, and there were reports from almost a month ago. The thread said that the bug would be fixed in the next weekly patch, which would've been July 2nd. It is still not fixed.

Edited by EckyThump: 7/15/2024 8:29:51 PMHey there. Have you activated the 'Proximity Sensor Alert' at Failsafe, at HELM? If it is dimmed out and says it is tracking something, then it is active. After that, enter Breach Executable, and explore the area until a marker appears. You can do this in a private instance, just to grab the collectible and then leave. Then, and only then, does the NES003 quest appear. Or are you saying it is appearing, but you can't 'accept' it?
