After about 2 weeks of relatively casually playing the Breach Executable activity, I got all the Failsafe red borders completed. And this was on the normal difficulty. This is a perfectly acceptable amount of time to get these red borders given the amount of time I played. Echo engrams dropped reasonably frequently too. The Pale Heart red borders are a completely different story. Farming these is excruciating. I've only gotten 2 in the past week, and that includes the free one from the weekly focus. So, it's really only 1. I've been doing Overthrow constantly as well as completing the Pathfinder tree at least a few times a day. I've done this solo and with matchmaking. It doesn't seem to make any difference with regards to drop rates. On top of that, I'm not getting Pale Heart engrams very often either. I've been getting maybe 1 per hour, or 45 minutes if I'm generous, and yes, I've been opening every chest I come across too. The reason I mention this is because, if I was getting a ton of engrams, it would offset not getting a lot of red border drops, since it would mean that I could focus a bunch of them at Ghost. But I'm not even getting these. And yes, I know that RNG can be a -blam!- thing, but that's kind of the point.
