Can't rank up to guardian rank 9
Can't rank up to guardian rank 9. The only challenge left is to claim 2 titles and I have brave already and just received the Transcendent title and the Titles challenge still is listed as 1/2 titles claimed.

Hello, Thanks for reaching out! We're actively investigating this issue. In the meantime, some players have been able to get around this issue by trying to reshape a weapon, then backing out and going back to the shape menu.

1 ReplyTranscendent and several other Titles currently don't count. You'll need to earn a different Title or wait for Bungie to deploy a fix.
