Liars Handshake doesn't work with uncharged melee anymore
Liars Handshake doesn't work with uncharged melee anymore. Before the final shape you could hit an enemy with an uncharged melee in order to proc cross counter. Now an uncharged melee does not proc cross counter. Probably something to do with the recent change to make cross counter do arc damage

1 ReplyI know Liar's was a bit sketchy about procing with Gathering Storm as your equipped super, I wonder if that applies to Storm's Edge too? You tried using it in prismatic, at all? It seemed to work fine for me there but would have to test it more.
