Lightning surge does not work with the spirit of synthoceps
As titled
Unpowered melee is buffed with biotic enhancement
Powered melee is also buffed
But lightning surge does the same damage with or without
Is this a bug or intended? Cos lightning surge counts as a powered melee in every other aspect of the game

Is there a way to bump this up so that Bungie noticed it?
