Failsafe Encoded Log mission missing
I have completed step 25 of act 1 and the Encoded Log mission is missing. I have done Enigma Protocol 3 times now at the well of echoes and still do not see the weekly nor have access to Enigma Protocol from the destination map. I am sure I had the quest Encoded Log at one point but it is not longer in my quests. Please help lol.
