28 RepliesEdited by jhermannITJ: 7/10/2024 4:35:44 PMSony/Bungie should sue... This game IS a potential threat. It will kill Warframe. Do you know what Sony's market cap is? The entirety, not just Bungie... not just their gaming portfolio? 114 billion Do you know what Nexon's market cap is... 2.43 trillion. And they don't give up on games... 'Maple Story'. Nexon has the resources that will kill Warfarme, that could compete with Sony and Bungie. My point being... is if there is evidence supporting plagiarism of assets, Sony should use that leverage.

5 RepliesThe video game market is huge and there is room for everyone. It's up to us gamers to choose what we like and what we don't. Destiny is a great game and I looooove it, but it's not the only one in the world of gaming. Why always verbally crush a new game? Destiny has had its day and yes new games may make it lose a few players (especially when everything is going wrong), but hey, these are the risks to consider when you work in this field. Personally, I like this new game and I suggest you give it a try. There's no harm in loving more than one thing... Keep on gaming guardians! 👍❤️😊

3 RepliesOP doesn't understand bungie doesn't own basic shapes and also Destiny heavily uses free assets

6 RepliesI haven't played it but my brother has, I noticed it seemed very similar to Destiny but considering what Palworld got away with I doubt anything will come of it.

It’s an homage to Destiny. Like Dreaming City is an homage to LOTR.

I had to look up what you were talking about lol. Ya that’s pretty bad, the icons especially.

I don't see the correlation between D2 and The First Descendant. The First Descendant does look like it was a clone of Warframe. Pretty much the entire game from the mod system, movement, gunplay, and micro-transaction system all feel like digital extremes created it.
