Unlinking my Epic account!?
Hey guy's and gals, (and all on that magically rainbow in between)
I'm trying to unlock my account from my old Epic but I cant for some reason. Can anyone help? I've click deactivate accounts but there's no unlink button on the damn epic account!

3 RepliesEdited by ADragonWithin: 7/10/2024 5:53:56 AMIn order to unlink an account, you have to log in on Bungie.net using a different platform than the one you're wanting to unlink. For example, if you have a PSN ID and an Epic ID linked, and you want to unlink the Epic ID, that means you'd have to log in with the PSN ID. If you log in with the Epic ID instead, it won't be unlinkable, as it's what you are currently logged in with. Please also note that you cannot unlink an account that is part of an active Cross-Save, so if you have Cross-Save enabled, you'd have to disable it. Disabling it will allow you to unlink any of the accounts, but will also lead to 90 days during which time you won't be able to re-enable Cross-Save.
