Warlord's Ruin Solo Bugged

PLATFORM: Steam ISSUE: Warlord's Ruin is bugged; the second and third encounters are not be able to be started after dying in the maze between encounters 1 and 2. REPRO STEPS: 1.Start Warlord's Ruin solo. 2. Make it to first encounter, did not grab any bones, did kill the screeb once, screeb didn't spawn once. 3. Wipe a couple times on first encounter, clear it. 4. Break out of jail, go through maze. 5. Forget one of the traps, die. 6. Respawn at second encounter without the blight to start it, but the gate open. 7. Run to final boss encounter, no enemies on the way there, no loot in untrapped chest in chest room between boss encounter 2 and 3 (on first attempt, haven't explored past second room on second attempt) 8. Notice that I can place a rally banner before 3rd and final boss, that taken blights cover the crossings between levels like the boss is alive and the encounter needs to be started, but there is no blight to shoot to start it. ACTUAL RESULT: Warlord's Ruin, and more specifically the solo triumph without leaving, isn't possible due to enemies not spawning after I die and am respawned ahead of where I died. EXPECTED RESULT: To be respawned at the beginning of the maze when dying to the wall traps, which causes the light fades/ wipe screen when solo. NOTES: I imagine the main bug is because of beginning respawned in the second encounter room without having actually completed the maze. I tried this before weekly reset, when I had completed the dungeon that week already with a group. I did it after weekly reset (today 7/9) thinking it was weird and that maybe it was because I had already cleared it that week, but it happened again. I died to different maze room traps, but the same kind of trap and in the same way. I explored before weekly reset, but did not explore this time, meaning I checked the chest in the room with many chests when I had already gotten it that week (and it dropped nothing as expected), but I did not try this week as I assumed the bug was probably the same. The checkpoint I have is still bugged too, so I am able to enter into the second encounter's room from orbit and there is no way to start it while the gate after it is open. I'm not sure if anyone would be able to get more information from me sharing that checkpoint with them by joining me, but I'm open to it if they need it. Thanks for your time!

  • I managed to figure out how to fix this. I had to go backwards: fall down to the bridge area, go past the broken part, jump past the stones, and into the hallway in the mountain. I saw the mission change on the left top area, and after that I made my way back to the encounter start area and the blight was there.
