Reset Rahool for a cypher. You need them now to unlock new exotic armour and unlock Artiface slots in exotoc armour.

I guess I should ask is rahool capped, so you got a part where you can't reset him anymore? If so i didn't know that was a thing.

Yeah I understand that but what do you mean 3 more ciphers on warlock & when will he reset? I reset him every week & get a cipher, which is why I'm confused

Dunno, haven't paid much attention but I'd guess you can get one every rank up. Pretty sure I have and I've reset 3 times.

I'm struggling to work out why the guy asks if rahool will reset when you reset him yourself I guess? Very strange thread.
