I would guess that like 70% of them had surplus though. I know they say perks or perks combos aren’t weighted but I just keep adding examples like this to the list every time something new drops. Every time. I just don’t believe it.

For this case in particular: If you are [u]not[/u] looking for strategist + volt specifically, you could also 'farm' for a Prosecutor in Prophecy. If you didn't get one before reset (as the gun won't be in rotation for 8 weeks), I'd just resort to Prophecy. (I personally would resort to Prophecy anyway because of dragonfly+volt)

2 RepliesI saw that Shadow Price can roll with Voltshot, then I remembered that I had a crafted IKELOS and Subjunctive and decided it wasn't worth the effort of grinding for one.

1 ReplyGood ol rng. 🤦 If you have not, do not forget to roll them at Zavala as well. But being that is about the only perk worth it on said weapon, you know bungie has it weighted.
