Title is self explanatory.
So not only have we to endure yet another layer of RNG (as in to what challenges show up on the "tree"), but seems that most times, there aren't full PVE/Vanguard only branches, as you are always forced to play either Gambit or PVP if you wanna go for the reset.
When Pathfinder was first announced, I thought that, at best, they would add Ritual specific "trees" (as in one for Vanguard, one for Gambit, etc), or at worse, each "tree" would have at least a full PVE/Vanguard only branch to allow people who have no interest in the other ritual activities to reset it. Nope. So far of the several resets I've done, I've had 2 at most that had a PVE/Van only branch I could do without submitting myself to the other Rituals.
Honestly, just feels like a cheap way for them to force engagement from a lot of players into activities they wouldn't otherwise even look at, just like a lot of content from this expansion/episode, just to boost up numbers, and pat themselves on the back.
Don't get me wrong, this expansion's campaign was a LOT better than Lightfall's, and lore heads are eating good, but there's also a lot of "ick" on this expansion. Buggy exotic quests, forced co-op content, and a few other things.
That being said, Pathfinding feels like a quite glaring issue, one that clearly needs a lot of work.
