Bungie names are being changed on gamertags they think are out of line or distasteful ? 2 of my clan members have had their gamertags since Halo days! Now it’s a problem? According to who?? Come on Bungie.. let’s grow up and restore ppls gamertags !! It’s the right thing to do ! Especially on Bungie day! 7/7/24!!! We are all individuals…don’t clump us all together in a crowd of “guardian1234?!”

10 RepliesBy chance what were their original GTs? Pretty much anything that wouldn't fly in a PG/G movie is a no no. Plus if enough people reported their GTs then it gets changed.
-
What were their tags?
-
12 RepliesAnd what were the gamertags my friend?
-
14 RepliesThe fact that you refuse to say the gamertags in questions speaks LOUDLY as to you knowing WHY they were force changed. Doesn't matter how long you've had a gamer tag. If they break ToS, they'll eventually get force changed.

2 RepliesBecause since the halo games we have a new generation which are offended by anything and everything
-
3 RepliesTheir names probably had offensive material in them. They get 2 name changes, just change it
-
4 RepliesBecause I’m offended.

1 ReplyThe Terms of service have been updated since the Halo days.
-
3 RepliesWhat they do and don’t change seems to be ridiculous and unclear at times. I wish they would give people more chances or an additional name change for first time offenders. It’s boring when there’s just a bunch of “Guardians” running around and other with the “how tf did that get a pass?” names.

4 RepliesAbsolutely outrageous what they have done to gamertags.
-
3 RepliesIts pretty par for the course nowadays. Pour one out for the Sea of Thieves player who had his ship name "Big Deck Energy" moderated away
-
1 ReplyMaybe they against donkey abuse 😂 just kidding , can’t see a problem with either gamertag to be honest.
-
2 RepliesI have seen names relating to IRA. Can’t imagine they still have those gamertags.
-
1 ReplyIf they have always had the same names they should have two name changes they can use.
