Since yesterday every time I land at the Tower there is a white diamond which I cannot chase down. Yes I know these normally mean there are unclaimed rewards but this one does not seem to be tied to any of the normal vendors. Every time I try to home in on it its position it flips around. Is this a new Quest marker or new part of the Tower? If any one knows please post as it's driving me crazy.
