Steam player; I've completed the puzzles on different characters on multiple runs, reshaped Outbreak just in case, and the only observation I can make is that 'Sequence Accepted' doesn't display whenever I successfully shoot the figures. The shields in the vault room are down, so I know that I input the correct sequences. When I activate the consoles in the vault room, 'Sequence Accepted' doesn't display here either. Runs have been completed on both Legend and Normal. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance
