I need help in removing a banned PSN account off of Cross Save. I understand and read the Cross Save guide and understand that I need to contact PlayStation in order to remove said account but that’s the issue they will not help me with a banned account and if I can’t access the account how will I be able to authenticate it in order to remove it? There has to be an alternative option instead of just leaving it there when I can no longer access it, I don’t care about the old psn account or any of the contents in that old account I just want it removed from Cross Save. Bungie will not do this and they made this clear in their Cross Save guide but my issue is can you give us another option? I under there are security issues but there has to be an exception to this rule because your leaving a lot of players with little to no options. Right now options are limited to almost nothing. I’m left here stuck in a situation I can’t get out and I really need Bungie just to help me with this one issue so I can keep playing with my other characters.
