Shadow Price needs better perks

Surrounded? Permeability? INVISIBLE HAND??? These perks need replacing. Surrounded. For a mid range weapon with a slower rate of fire, Surrounded has basically no value, since we aren't going to deliberately swarm ourselves with this weapon out. This should be reserved for SMGs, Swords and Shotguns mostly. I would replace this with either Multikill Clip or High Ground. MKC as the standard damage perk, and since this weapon can be reliably used from elevated positions there's value for High Ground's damage bonus too, while also serving as a Rampage-esque perk. Invisible Hand. Why is this even here? Why does it even exist? Let's be honest, this perk is arguably the worst in the whole game. It's in desperate need of a rework. If you want more Stability, use Strategist, which also builds class energy. We're not firing half our mags into space for a Stability boost. Just...no. I would replace this with either Wellspring or Pugilist. Since the adept version always drops with 2 perks in the 3rd column, it would be possible to have a ability battery weapon with Strategist/Pugilist and Demolitionist, to freely switch between. And Wellspring can either spread ability energy around to multiple uncharged abilities or double down on grenade energy alongside Demolitionist. Permeability. I think this is in the wrong column. And the idea of swapping the weapon's element is a pretty hard sell. Especially when it's in the same column as One for All and Voltshot. I would replace this with Disruption Break or Swashbuckler. Disruption Break is effective against Barrier Champions, so 50% more Kinetic damage to chew through them that much faster is valuable utility when teamed with Kinetic weapon users, especially since this weapon comes from Nightfalls and has Stunning Recovery. No idea why this perk was removed. And Swashbuckler to pair with Pugilist or as a slow stacking damage perk. Overall, this weapon is a let down for a supposed endgame activity. And while the perks won't get changed, I just wanted to air how I felt. I also thought this looked like a Cassoid weapon (Wild Card origin perk weapons) but I guess not. Thoughts? Opinions? Doom replies? Let's hear them.
