Unable to enhance Harrowed weapon perks, Tier 3 enhance bugged
PLATFORM: Steam
ISSUE:
Unable to enhanced column 3 and 4 perks on Harrowed weapons rewarded from Pantheon triumphs. Weapon has been fully upgraded in game to Tier 3, but column 3 and 4 remain unenhanced.
REPRO STEPS:
1. Upgrade weapons to Tier 3
ACTUAL RESULT:
Weapons remain unenhanced at Tier 3.
EXPECTED RESULT:
Weapon perks get enhanced.
