Hey guys, I spent the last 4 days farming for an [armory]adept scintillation[/armory] with bait/rewind and a charge masterwork but i did not get it. I decided to enhance another one instead but it did not give me the benefits of the actual masterwork that being the slight charge time decrease from 533 to 523, I am pretty sure this is a bug and i hope bungie sees this so that they are aware and can fix it. I tried the same combo on D2foundry along with enhanced perks and it shows the charge time going from 533 to 523. Thank you all
