I am 1991 power level without the artifact and 2001 with and I am max crucible ranked. The quest for trials access has never spawned and Saint-14 has nothing for me when I go to him. I also have a phone number connected to my account. Is it bugged? I started playing again for the past 2 weeks after a 5-year hiatus. I stopped during Shadowkeep if that has any correlation to this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
