Hear me out! I truly believe that the Overload Minotaurs in this week's GM Glassway are possibly bugged or at the very least not behaving properly. Before anyone says it's a skill issue or that I just don't understand how Overloads work, I've got nearly 800 total GM clears, & I've soloed every non-vaulted GM (except Lightblade 🥲, that is a skill issue tbf). I have a pretty good handle on how Overloads normally behave.
Normally, when you stun an Overload, you have a short amount of time to dump any type of damage into them. Then when they 'wake up,' they will glow & enter a cooldown period, during which they cannot be stunned. They will also regenerate health during this phase unless you keep Disruption damage on them. Keeping Disruption on them is the only way to ensure they don't regain health. After the cooldown phase, they go back to their original state & can be stunned again.
However, these Minotaurs are regenerating health while taking Disruption damage. Essentially, you have to secure the kill before they 'wake up,' or they'll go back to full health. I've tested this with Le Monarque, Divinity, Overload Hand Cannon & (to a lesser degree) Quiver Tether. I wish I had a clip to attach, but I watched one fully heal with a Divinity cage around them! It's like Disruption only works on them to trigger a stun, it's not delaying health regen or lowering damage output.
Also, Captains are fine, it's only Minotaurs, which is why I don't believe Disruption itself is the problem. I have not tested Overload Minotaurs anywhere else, only GM Glassway.
