I was hoping that perhaps the drop rate of the exotic class items could be increased (10% or something like that) during the 4.30 minutes after clearing an area on the pale heart from any chests. this would give players something to do in the meantime and it would incentivize people to keep exploring and completing the events on the pale heart. besides giving people more reason to complete the areas is this also a good way for solo players to farm for their desired role on the class item, without relying on other people to do the exotic mission, which could be helpful for people that are short on time or people that have trouble with the mission in general due to a lack of skill or a disability for example. Edit: if you are worried that players would no longer play the exotic mission if you add my suggestion above, then consder this. The class items are currenlty already faster to farm from random chests with a sniper + scout rifle + wombo detector then it is to run the mission. That is why you would need something to increase the intrest of players to do the mission as well. the thing that i would suggest for improving the interest for the exotic mission is to add a bulky Tormentor boss (without mechanics and no extra time) with adds or something after everyone has claimed their exotic class items instead of ending the activity. if the players manage to kill the tormentor within the time that they have remaining from the entire run then they are rewarded with an additional exotic class item. this way people would get 1 guaranteed drop with if they are skilled enough to make it through fast a chance for a second guaranteed drop in a shorter time then an entire run, which should also make it more likely that players will still play the exotic mission even of my request above is added into the game. ----------------- OR ----------------- Allow players to focus on one guaranteed stat on the class item when doing the mission, so the RNG is halved which makes it a lot more fun and rewarding to do the exotic mission, which in turn will also increase the playtime and it will make those people stop complaining about the fix of the duplication glitch.
