Outbreak Perfected Intrinsic
I did all the catalyst prime switches and beat it on Expert. I collect the intrinsic traits from Ada-1 but when I went to craft it. It says I haven't completed the necessary steps, or I don't have the intrinsic. I go to my triumphs and says that I have all three. Yet I can't craft it. What do I do now ?

Hey there, Ada-1's quests unlock the perks in column 3, they have nothing to do with the intrinsic upgrades. To get the intrinsics, you have to find a symbol puzzle, a set of symbols in the activity that need to be shot using Outbreak Perfected. There are three of these symbol puzzles, and each unlocks a second puzzle in the Vault, after the hot floor. Completing these vault puzzles are what gives you the intrinsic upgrades, one each.
