When doing the powered melee without triggering consecration (Frenzied Blade when tested), the healing takes place. Video linked below of both the bug occurring and all items equipped on character when experienced. REPRO STEPS: 1. Twilight arsenal with Aspect of blessing fragment & consecration aspect equipped on Titan Prismatic. Other things equipped: Rally Baricade, Strafe Lift Jump, Frenzied Blade melee, Shackle grenade, Knockout aspect, and Facet of Protection, Facet of Dawn, Facet of Balance, and Facet of Sacrifice fragments. 2. Have charged melee built up 3. Slide and trigger consecration melee 4. Kill enemy and no healing triggered ACTUAL RESULT: Not healing with powered consecration melee kills with Facet of Blessing equipped as prismatic titan. The healing took place prior to the update when using consecration melee. I did not test it with other subclasses, aspects, fragments, supers, abilities, weapons, or armor. I have noticed this while playing in Pale Heart and Nightfall the week of 6/25 - July 2nd. I have not tested other activities/locations. I have not asked any other players to try and reproduce to see if it is specific to me. I will update if I hear from other players that it happens to them or if I change my build and it persists.
