I feel the armor stat targeting mods are worthless and hardly ever work anyway. Even with them on I never get good stat rolls on anything. Always just the bare minimum of 10 in that stat. I get better rolls without them.

So let me get this right: you don't like the mission that guarantees the item every time you complete it; and you don't like that you can open any chest to get it? What kinda farm were you expecting? Lol The chest farm is so easy. I do it to relax at the end of the day, and I get an item for each character. It usually takes doing 1 overthrow to get it, that's it. And that's too much to do? Lol Another example: it's yall, not the game.

Stop whining and just play the game.

Considering the toxic responses against those whose disabilities prevent them completing the mission in the first place, I have absolutely no sympathy. It's gate kept by the mission, and after completion you get the option to farm the mission or open paleheart chests. Double reward was a bug, it was never meant to exist, and now it's fixed. Either spend the time to get the reward or don't get the reward, seeing as you've been able to farm it for bugged rewards, you at least are able to do the mission.

Doing the entire dual destiny mission for 1 single drop of this class item is an absolute waste of time and NEVER viable. To be honest, it wasn't even really viable for two drops. Farming chests on the pale heart is doable, but it's just the absolute most boring thing in the world. Put it this way, my 7 year plays with me and he is usually really happy to do random farming activities (run strikes, play some gambit, do the seasonal activities, go shoot things in patrol on Neomuna, heck, he even likes replaying the old replayable mission), but he absolutely refuses to chest farm for me at the pale heart. He would literally rather not play the game then to chest farm - that's how boring of an activity this is. Bungie, this is an absolute -blam!- joke. These class items have to drop from other locations.

OMG! It's almost like a highly desirable item is equally hard to obtain! Crazy! Bungie made a mistake... a bug. Then, they fixed it. It's not a conspiracy to make you "work harder," and you have no grounds to complain about them correcting a mistake. It's their game. Bungie decides how long something should take and how difficult it should be. If you don't enjoy the game, then don't play.

Please it’s an easy farm and you can multi task. I’m so tired of reading people crying about opening chests. Users wombo detecter, equip a sniper and go.

You go around opening chests. It could not be easier. People are pathetic these days.

I just run overthrow to farm Ergo Sum and open every chest I see. Usually get at least 1-2 a run.

Chests take like 10 to 15 minutes if you actually know how to farm. You only need to open the normal chests, 5 chests per area 1 to 1.5 minutes per area. Switch from area to area. Opening the 45 to 50 required chests takes half the time as it does to do a run of the mission. The mission was only good because you could get 2 drops in 25 minutes which was normally faster than most peoples bad farming strats.

Oh no the build changing class item is kind of hard to get now. Big shucks hope everyone claiming this mission was super fun really enjoy it. [spoiler]Im one of those people that claim its super fun and enjoy it hence why I have done it with 30 unique people.[/spoiler]
