Lost Encryption bits due to full Inventory
Hi Bungie,
I only have 11 encryption bits left, so I lost 4 bits because my inventory is full. I opened all my regional chests. I didn't receive an in-game warning message saying that I didn't have enough space in my inventory. As a result, I cannot complete the Khostov quest. Can you please help me fix this?

4 RepliesHi there! Thanks for reaching out. Please make sure you've collected all region chests in the Pale Heart in addition to searching all of the rubble piles in the Cyst activities. Once all of the chests and rubble piles are interacted with, you will receive the Lost Encryption Code even if your inventory was previously full. On a side note, we are currently addressing a separate issue with the triumphs incorrectly tracking region chests and rubble piles. Therefore, please don't rely on these Triumphs as confirmation that you've collected all region chests and searched every rubble piles. We recommend players to re-run all of the Cyst activities and make sure every rubble pile has been searched.
