My second character is unable to acquire found in the dark quest to unlock my strand and arc subclass abilities. Full campaign for The Final Shape is completed as are the preliminary campaigns for strand and stasis. No quest available at ghost in the pale heart for Found in the dark or Lost in the light. In addition, there is no exotic quest available "destined hero's" for my second character to unlock "found in the dark/lost in the light" quests provided by ghost. My first/main character has completed these quests already and does have all subclass abilities available. Please help!
