Shaders on Exotic weapons
[b]Please[/b] give us the option to c[b]ustomize[/b] our exotic weapons. If we could add [b]shaders[/b] they would be more like [i]our own custom exotic[/i]. This would help it feel like it's our own [b]accomplishment[/b] t[i]hat we grinded for[/i].

But then you wouldn't buy ornaments and they wouldn't have the money to make the next expansion and would have to make a go fund me account

1 ReplyConsidering a lot of ornaments are literally just shaders, like the New Age Black Armory being used over and over as an Ornament or the infamous Untold Tale ornament for Vex Mythoclast, yeah no, Bungo likes to sell Shaders as Ornaments sadly.

5 RepliesYou’ll have to buy exotic specific synthweave templates I 10000% assure you, and I bet they’ll be one use per weapon so if you want to put shaders on every exotic it’ll cost 100 templates for 10,000 silver.

They will never, because it would screw up the monetization behind ornaments. You must realize that, right?

Given that shaders do work on exotics when in preview, we should let it be the case. Not to mention that even if some ornaments just change the colour, there's some out there that do change the design. And may also help with some exotics that either don't have an ornament yet or look quite bad in design.
