This happened last week as well, but just thought it was some glitch, but just happened again. Went to do 3 breach executables on expert to get My pinnacle. Completed all three, platinum. And didn't get pinnacle or even register that I had done any of the 3. Kind of a waste of time if I can't grind to increase My powerlevel here..
