I've seen you around the forums a lot, and you definitely seem to be an avid Titan main. You've got a lot of very valid criticisms about Titan and its balancing that I completely agree with and have even posted about too, but on the flip side, you seem to have a pretty one-sided view of Destiny and its classes. Personally, I've always thought that Titans have had it a bit too easy for a bit too long, compared to the other classes, and that Bungie seems to favour them a fair amount. I won't say that they're necessarily Bungie's favourite, because there's some pretty stiff competition from Hunter for that spot too (we all know Warlock is their least favorite, so it's not even a contender), but there's no denying Titans have been eating pretty good for a long time now. HOWEVER, I do completely agree with the point about Titan needing more options besides "just punch stuff". I've always hated Bungie's hyperfixation on Titan being "the melee class", and would really love to see it be able to branch out a little more, with more ranged options and more protection and utility options. They're not just supposed to be the melee ape class, they're supposed to be protectors and leaders on the battlefield, and I'd love to see their class design be able to reflect that more. It's one of the reasons I like the idea behind Banner of War so much, even if it's a little overtuned. I'm actually gonna be making a post pretty soon about an idea I had for a more supportive super that I've always thought would fit pretty well for Titan, if you wanna check it out. I'll admit, my suggestion for a new Titan melee wasn't the most inspired, but I was really struggling to think of anything else, so I just went with something that fit my favourite aspect, and gave Titans a ranged option. If you have any better ideas, feel free to let me know. You usually have good suggestions when it comes to Titans.
