BUG: Cannot equip Mementos on Imperial Decree Kinetic Shotgun
Self-explanatory so not using the template.

Sorry for the HDR.
You can see mementos work for the direct enhancing Midnight Coup and the crafted Supercluster and Rapacious Appetite, but the leveled Imperial Decree and newly crafted LVL 1 one both cannot equip mementos.
