Can't claim Trials rank up rewards
I cannot claim the rank up rewards and I do not get awarded any engrams when I rank up.
Is there any way I can fix this?

I have been playuing Trials for 2 weeks now and ever siince i reached rank 3 I stpped reaching rank up engrams and my other rewwards are still locked. I am at rank 12 now and have not recieved any engrrams since rank 3. I really need this fixed. Ive paid alot for this game over the years and this is not right to put a game out there that is broken like this.

Having the same problem, I don't play trials all the time, I just wanted to get the new weapons, but it's not giving me any drops engram or any other rewards, I'm rank 8 now but can't claim anything.

1 ReplyI also have been having lots of strangeness in terms of trials rewards, reputation and ranks. Haven't played in since the rewards refresh a couple of seasons ago. Played through a card got 7 wins went back to saint and only had 4 engrams, which had appeared to be post match drops. Thought it weird but then figured I was maybe mistaken. I switched to other characters and played through to the 7 win reward on the same full flawed card for the increased rewards. Got plenty of the weekly weapon and an odd engram or two at the end of a victory. Currently sitting at rank 14 having opened 10 engrams through random or focused decoding. But I am only able to claim up to the rank 7(enhancement prisms) rewards on saints reward track. Not 100% sure of how many powerful trials engrams I've claimed, I think 3. So I'm not too sure what's going on.
