I feel like the pale heart pathfinder is solid. But the other, playlist pathfinder just doesn’t appeal to me. Anybody else feel the same?

1 ReplyI get that the zavala pathfinder is probably meant to be a more beginner friendly system and teaching new players to try out different modes, but I personally don't really like it I preferred the vendor bounties as it would let you focus on the stuff that you actually wanna do, instead of something people wouldn't even bother to do like get sidearm kills in gambit

Yeah I don't think anyone likes that the ritual playlists force some people into activities they don't like.

Datto predicted it, he said in the past the destiny players have HATED being forced into modes they don't want to play surprise surprise here we are, yep, PvE players don't want to be forced to PvP and Vice Versa Bungie doesn't learn, or they did this specifically to boost playtime but now is it backfiring?

The ritual one would be better if they just - upped the amount of neutral ones they have (can be completed in each playlist) - guarantee that the final column has either a Vanguard or neutral objective option

1 ReplyBoth are solid. They both are full of simple enough objectives to get rewards. People are only complaining about ritual cause they might have to play an activity they don't want to, which bungie said when they previewed pathfinder. A fix I think would help those people would be if bungie makes it so we can reroll pathfinders before we start. If you don't see a path you wanna do, reroll it for like 10k glimmer.

I've done both of them passively this week. Reset the Ritual PF twice without trying. Been grinding the NF for mats & kept seeing nodes unlocked. My only gripe is it being in such a fiddly place to access. Outside of that, my ambivalence is strong 🤔
