Over the past two weeks, I have been working on getting all of the fragments for Prismatic. While trying to unlock the fragments associated with the Memory Vestige: Light system, I noticed that my vestiges are not being converted to legendary memories. I was at max vestiges for about a week before today, where I decided to delete all but four vestiges in hopes that by getting another, they will convert into a legendary vestige. I have spent the better half of 5 hours grinding cysts in order to obtain one light vestige and have been unsuccessful. Is there any way to reobtain my vestiges of light so that they can be converted into legendary vestiges? Or is the spawn rate dependent on the cyst location? If there is no chance that a vestige of light will drop, whether it be due to an issue in the game, I would like to know so that I can work towards other goals until the issue is resolved.
