Failsafe vendor eats my engrams and gives me nothing
PLATFORM: PlayStation / Steam
ISSUE: Failsafe accepts my engrams and gives me nothing in return
REPRO STEPS: Took second character to Failsafe Vendor on HELM and tried to decode engram. Got nothing and it took my engram
etc.
ACTUAL RESULT: I got robbed
EXPECTED RESULT: I would get sweet loot
LINKS: THis happened yesterday and i didnt think to take a video.
NOTES: It was my second character, but it ate about 8 engrams before i stopped trying.

3 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out! If you decode these Engrams before you've unlocked at least one of the available Gear / Weapons, the Engram will be consumed and you'll receive no loot. This is because the Engrams will only provide you with copies of Gear / Weapons you've already obtained once.
