I lost my PSN account
hello;
I went back to playing on PS5 but changed my account because I forgot the codes and password of the old account.
How do I unlink my old PS5 account?
I have my Steam account connected. and wanted to connect the new PS5 account would it be possible?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! You'll need access to the linked account in order to remove it. We recommend you try and work with Sony's support team to regain access to the PSN account. Unfortunately, it won't be possible to remove the linked account without regaining access to it.

2 RepliesYou need to login to an account in order to deactivate Cross Save or unlink any accounts. Bungie won't bypass the authentication to unlink any accounts for security reasons.
