Khvostov exotic Mission bugged
I collected all 16 motes of light and 8 traveler orbs and placed them. The chest appeared but It says that I Lack Something. I saw a video saying that if you put the 16 motes in the vault and then bring them back out, the game should give out the Primordial mote of light which is true but still nothing. I tried this again and I received another Primordial mote of light. I kept on trying this method of storing both motes of light in the vault and then taking them out. I got up to 3 in total and then on the next try 1 PM and 16 motes of light disappeared from my inventory. Not sure on what else I can do to fix this.
Has anyone else had this issue?
I just want the gun.
Bungie please come up with a fix soon.

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. You will need 17 Motes of Light to get the exotic Khvostov, not 16 - once all 17 motes are collected, you will get the Mote of Primordial Light. Please also make sure that you've unlocked the legendary Khvostov in order to open the final chest. We are aware of an issue where the interact for the final chest is not in front of the chest as expected. If you're still unable to interact with the chest after collecting the Mote of Primordial Light and legendary Khvostov, please try opening it from the back.
